  • the contents of your messages and any information you choose to send.

Please do not send sensitive personal information or unnecessary identifying information about a child.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security systems may create technical logs, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and error or security events, to deliver and protect the Website. The Website does not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or contact-link tracking.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • respond to inquiries, manage class RSVPs, and arrange requested services;

  • comply with applicable law and protect our rights.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website does not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies. WordPress, our hosting provider, or security tools may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to operate, protect, or administer the Website. If you choose to play an embedded YouTube video, your browser connects to YouTube and Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies or similar storage under their own policies. Administrator login cookies are not used to track ordinary visitors.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. If we later add optional analytics or advertising technology, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law.

When Information May Be Shared

We may share information, when reasonably necessary, with:

  • service providers that help host, maintain, secure, process event RSVPs, or back up the Website;
  • communication platforms you choose to use, such as WhatsApp or Instagram;
  • professional advisers when reasonably necessary; or
  • public authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, our services, or our legal rights.

When you play an embedded YouTube video or follow a link to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook, that provider handles information under its own privacy policy and settings.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry, RSVP, and booking information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage attendance, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to operational and security needs. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or deleted through the normal backup cycle.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are enjoyed by children, but the Website and its booking channels are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information through the Website. A child under 13 should not contact us or send personal information without a parent or guardian.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate steps, including deletion when required.
